I discovered 29 mm cyst in ovary in ultrasound. Is 29 mm cyst considered big? I have slight lower abdomen pain at sides and back pain. No other issues. Will it resolve? How much time can it take?

Nothing to be done for a 29 mm cyst ,it will resolve spontaneously, most of the time it's a follicular cyst. Get your ultrasound repeated after 2 cycles on day 2, to see wether the cyst has resolved or not.
