Concentric L V H.NO RWMA. Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. Normal biventricular systolic function. Hypertension. How can I resolve this problem. Which treatment is the best for this type of cardiac problem? Should I do (angiogram), I've been operated with 2 times of angiogram, 7 years ago. Before 2 years there was no block.

Hello lybrate-user, grade 1 diastolic dysfunction are age associated changes. No particular treatment needed for this. But you must maintain your bp levels. Continue medications for bp regularly, there is no need for angiogram as of now. First do an ecg. If changes are present in ecg then usually threadmill test is done. And if changes are there in threadmill test only then .angiogram is recommended unless you are experiencing any complaints now.
