Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this- 1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor dermatologist and do few investigations like TSH, & do a Scalp biopsy to know the exact cause. 2) Discuss with your Doctor about AMEXIDIL-5 topical soln and use it on the scalp once a day to prevent hair fall. 3) Soak one cup of fenugreek seeds in water overnight.In the morning, grind them to make a paste. Apply the paste to your hair and cover with a shower cap. After about 45 minutes, rinse your hair. Follow this remedy every morning for a month. Do follow lifestyle modification like this - 1) Eat a nutritionally balanced diet. Add multivitamin caps Rejuvit Plus caps once a day for 3 months 2) Avoid tight hairstyles, such as braids, buns or ponytails. 3) Avoid compulsively twisting, rubbing or pulling your hair. 4) Treat your hair gently when washing and brushing.
