Hello, I have broken my left leg, femur bone. It's 36 days since this happened to me. I have been operated and have rod put in my leg. Can I masturbate? Will it affect my bone recovery. please recommend when can I start masturbation at least? Will it affect my bone health in any way?

Excess masturbation may lead to Pratiloma kshay and ultimately Asthi Kshay. But it's in case of excess. But once it is in your mind, you 'll do it. There's no direct connection between bone recovery and masturbation. Better take Laksha and Abha guggul for early bone unification.
