Hello lybrate-user You are just 30 years old, Diet helps you in reducing overall body weight, spot reduction is not possible with only diet but yes if you practice squats, lungs, walk or some particular yoga postures (for lower body) you will be easily able to get rid of your unwanted fat around your hips n thighs easily.
