I am student of chartered accountants in final I sit 16 17 hours for study as my body going week and week day by day and going fat of weight and fat what I should do.

To study is essential but to ignore Heath can effects your medical history. So walk while studying, do some exercise 2-3 times for short period like 15-20 minutes so that the body become fit. Have plenty of water, green leafy vegetables, fruits and salad in diet.
