I have Vitamin D low level of 31 units. I suffer from body aches all the time. The calcium level of my body is also low. After my first delivery on 23rd jan2017 I became more susceptible to body aches.

Dear Lybrateuser, - The best natural source for vit d is exposure to sunlight for 10-15 min in the morning (between 9 am- 2 pm), foods rich in vit d include fish such as salmon, mackeral, organ meats like liver, eggs, fortified foods such as soya milk, orange juice, cereals - for calcium deficiency have milk & milk products like yogurt, cheese, paneer, butter milk - take supplements like tablet Shelcal, 1 tablet daily after breakfast.
