Before 3 weeks in massage center I don't have sex but I rub her outer vagina not deeper. I think I have a mild cut in my forefinger. My question is by touching outer vaginal fluid can cause HIV or any other STD. Now after 3 weeks I have strep throat and little cold but no swollen lymph node. For strep throat my doctor prescribe me cefixime and ofloxacin tablets for one week. Can I have any STD Or HIV. Please help me with my question. I'm in very stressful situation.

Can transmit. But these symptoms are not of HiV. Symptoms come years later. Test HIV after 90 days. If she positive for HIV.
