Hi doctor, My name is Giju & I am 46 years old. I suffers from hypertension especially while taking some foods. My blood pressure keep on varying as I can feel that changes. A mild pain in back head & sweating. My cholesterol is 220 and I am not diabetic .My pressure readings varies from 150/90 & 160 /100 in night time after dinner. But most of the time in a day it is 130/80. As prescribed by my doctor here, I am taking a Lonazep .25 at night time. Should I have to start taking pressure tablets at this stage. If yes which is the best tab you can prescribe for me which is not making stomach irritation? Kindly advise sir Regards Giju.
