I live in mumbai. As I was dealing with the pimple problem. So I applied nadibact cream (2-3 hr) and deriva Ms. (at night) as you suggested for two months. Then now I apply ban a tan (2-3 hrs) and eukroma at night. Now after this my pimples are gone. And thank you so much mam for this. But now I am left with marks spots of pimples. Please suggest me cream to remove marks and spots. And a face wash to keep skin healthy and pimple free.

Hello Thanks for the query. Dermaroller is the best treatment for acne scars. I have experience with LASERS as well as dermaroller. Patients treated with Dermaroller get better response with first session itself You can go ahead with it. Let me know if you have any other doubts. Thank you. Using Dot silicone gel or toical retinoid cream (Retin A cream) is good to remove this pores. You can also go for masks. Pappaya masks are good for this. You can use this twice weekly. Also avoid sun exposure on face or use sunscreen. Taking vitamin E and C supplements, drinking more plain water also helps in regeneration of skin faster.
