Am 29 year old 170 cm height and 109 weight can't run but only Wal that too 10/20 minutes, in rest for the past three months. Am having problem in my ankle left leg (A new bone is gradually) I want to reduce my weight suggest a good diet.

Regarding diet, kindly avoid all kind of junk foods and start taking more vegetables and salads. Include Millets like ragi, foxtail, barnyard etc. Take warm lemon water early in the morning.
