Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. In diabetes patients peripheral neuropathy does develop when disease goes on many years. This happens even when blood glucose levels fairly are well controlled. However, for getting relief drugs like pragabalin and combination of B12, Lipoleic acid and folic acid etc do help. Treatment has to go on for a fairly long time. Along with this strict blood glucose control is also very vital. Thanks.
