My wife had abortion by having unwanted kit. After having that kit after a week the bleeding stops and we did intercourse after that. But later the day she again starts bleeding. We thought it will stop in a day or two, but the bleeding not stopping even after a week. Now what we have to do. please help us.

Vaginal bleeding ? similar to a menstrual period ? will usually start 1 to 2 days after taking mifepristone, although some women may start bleeding earlier than this. A complete termination happens when the embryo and placenta have been expelled from the uterus and out through the vagina with any blood. If you recently had an abortion and experience any of the following symptoms, seek medical help immediately: very high or very low body temperature. Heavy bleeding. Severe pain. Cool, pale arms and legs. Feelings of confusion, restlessness, or fatigue. Shaking chills. Low blood pressure, especially when standing. Mifepristone alone usually does not cause any side effects before taking Misoprostol, although some women may experience light bleeding or nausea. After using Misoprostol you should expect bleeding and cramps. Bleeding usually starts within four hours of using the pills, but it sometimes starts later. Two weeks after the abortion you should be feeling back to normal; if you are not call us for a follow-up appointment.
