My husband age is 37 year n his weight is 91 kg he has done his blood test n his haemoglobin level is 11.3,Rbc is 4.19,Hct is 33.9, cholesterol is 296, triglycerides 259, HDL Cholesterol is 50, LDL cholesterol is 194, Vldl cholesterol is 52 n total cholesterol is 6, so please suggest the food which can be eaten and what should be avoided.
