Hello Mr. lybrate-user I can understand your problem. Arthritis is very common age related problem these days. You should start with physiotherapy for exercises of each joint to maintain its mobility and to strength the muscles. You can start with hot fomentation for neck. For ankle start wax therapy and also exercise. I am sharing you few exercises 1. Isometrics of neck: means keep your palm on forehead and try to push your palm wishing your neck. Repeat it 3 to 4 times it will strengthen your neck muscles .You can share your reports also. Regards.
