My weight is stuck around 80 kg since many years. I have more than doubled my steps and also started climbing around 10 floors daily since past 3 months, but still no change in weight. I have not increased my diet intake. Except belly fat, my entire body seems to be balanced. I am vegetarian, non-smoker and non-alcoholic. Even my cholesterol level is bit on higher side (mid range), but just like my belly fat, it is also stuck at almost same levels since years. What could be reason for no impact on my weight even after increased physical activity.
