Hey I'm 20 years old female nd I'm facing weight loss nd no weight gain since 2-3 years. I'm having uti and even that is not going away. But I want to gain wait urgently bcz I'm too thin now, my weight is just 37 kgs and I want to gain 10 kgs in a month at least. please suggest me something.

For increasing your weight, eat lots of carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, corn etc.) and good fats (various nuts, peanut butter etc.), high fat dairy (whole milk, cheese, paneer/ tofu).
