Hello, my hdl level is 34 mg dl. I have to increase my hdl level and my ldl level is 134 mg and tc is 217.

HDL low, and LDL high. Very common problem, usually associated with high triglycerides and increased risk of heart trouble. Suggest you correct the over-production of triglycerides and LDL by liver. This will automatically increase HDL as well. It is better to understand biochemistry of body lipids, just cheering for HDL as if it is Indian cricket team, and jeering against LDL will not protect our health.
