Good morning take following measures for prevention of bad breath. 1. Brush 2 times to remove debris of food, compulsory at bed time. 2. Brush with baking soda once to remove acidity of mouth to prevent bacterial growth regular daily flossing to remove food debris 3. Scrap your tongue daily to remove the debris between tongue folds and taste buds. 4. Rinse your mouth with black or green tea or peppermint oil mixed with water if you have some dental problem it may supress the growth of bacteria 5. No smoking or tobacco chewing 6. Drink plenty of water to keep mouth moist. Use much fresh fruit and vegetables which will step up saliva flow between meals which will help washing of bacteria of teeth tongue and gums which is responsible for bad breath. If still problem persist consult dental surgeon.
