My blood pressure is 137/85 right after a 5 km walk and jogging. Would it be considered normal or not?

Gaurav according to new guidelines it should be less than 130/80 after at least 30 minutes rest and taken on at least 3 occasions Hiwever yiu May defer medicine for about 6 months to see if lifestyle modification results in lowering it further

You need to keep monitoring it on a regular basis at different times and check after resting for 10 mins. See the trend. Now a days it's considered normal ( ideal ) if it ranges from 110/70 to 120/80 mm hg. One cannot judge high or low by taking a single reading. Please focus on a healthy lifestyle ( healhty and balanced diet and daily exercise ) which will help you to keep the BP within normal range. If it goes 130/90 mm hg more often then you need to become alert and restrict salt intake and all junk food and packeged food ( as they contain lot of salt and preservatives ).
