Hello doctor, kerala and I am now 18 years old. My height is 183 cm and my weight is 55 kg and I am not comfortable now. My long time wish is gain weight and I have low confidence. I eat well but the result is against to me. And one more information that I couldn't eat beef or mutton exclude chicken. When ate the beef or mutton after few minutes my stomach will pain. Can you give any remedies for this.
