I am suffering hyperacidity and slight duodenitis. Endoscopy done where duodenitis found. Lft ct scan of whole abdomen cbc lungs x raydoppler of kidney done nothing found. Taking pan 40 once a day. When pan 40 stops after few days uneasiness is noticed in abdomen. Before endoscopy vomiting done with slight blood. After that endoscopy done and slight duodenitis found. But now hyper acidity is under controlled. Now I want to know is it very serious issue? Is it going to severe disease of stomach? Please guide me.

We should plan for treatment maybe for a long time because it can lead to ulcers and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and Take tablet Pan-D before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary
