Please suggest me about diet. My diet is rice with wish curry as I am from goa fish curry rice is daily routine diet or shall I skip the rice.Please suggest.

Hi. Rice you can have but need to limit the Consumption. You can eat more of salad and also while having fish rice. Limit the Consumption of rice and have Multigrain chapati alongwith it. Every meal should be balanced.

No need to skip rice. But count and measure the rice. Eat 2-3 small katoris of rice. But 30 minutes before each meal take a bowl of veg salad or fruit salad. Do daily exercise for one hour. Consult a dietician for a detailed plan.
