Hi I am 30 years of age. I am 5 feet 11 inches and weigh 90 kgs. At the moment I do not have much difficulties leading my normal life. I have a desk job. Eating habits are not coordinated. I smoke regularly. Social drinker. Exercises are somewhat nil. I however walk at least for 2 to 3 kilometres a day not at a brisk pace I somehow feel that my weight is concerning and that I will have problems in the future if not immediate but sometime in the future.
