Hello There are many healthy lifestyle changes you can adopt to combat anxiety and depression 1. Stick to a routine 2. Practice mindfulness 3. Learn guided relaxation breathing 4. Quit any vices and bad habits - addiction to alcohol, caffeine, smoking, even mobile phone addiction 5. Incorporate exercise as a part of daily life 6. Talk your heart out to a family member or friend These are tips and ofcourse each individual is different. If it still doesn’t get better then I urge you to seek professional help from a.
