My blood pressure reading is 156 / 106 despite of taking bp medicine telmax 50. I do not have any symptom. I am 47 years old and have not got my periods for past 5 months. Could this be because of menopause? I weigh 77 kgs and am suffering from high BP since past 6 years but have not come across so high readings. Should I be worried?
