Hello. User High protein diet for vegetarians. Consume 75 grams of peanuts daily over and above you eat as meal. Ensure diet has many pulses and legumes like Urad, Mansoor,Moong, Chana dal, The dal, Kabuli /brown chana ,Matki, Pavte etc You can also have dry fruits like almond, pista, cashew nuts, walnuts etc 50grams daily. Also take 30-50grams of Amul butter or Cheese or Asli ghee. I hope you will gain weight. Hopefully your questions is answered.

To have a protein rich Diet, incorporate milk, milk products like yogurts, smoothies, milk shakes, soyabean and legumes in your diet. Supplement milk with cereal, dal with cereal to get complete protein. U can also take saffola activ milk shakes, in your diet and also add a whey protein and casein protein supplement to diet. Go for strength training and not cardio to get muscle mass. To in crease weight start having balanced regular meals rich in carbs and protein.
