Is it necessary to take supplements for weight loss and which one will be good. My trainer suggested garcinia cambogia. Please suggest me.

Supplements are required for health and well being of gym trainers. It may not help you. Weight loss is mainly dependant on food intake. Take right foods and avoid processed and packed good. Take natural supplements in the form of fruits, veggies, sprouts, nuts & seeds.

Garcinia is a good supplement but a nutritious diet should go with it .Then you can attain sustainable weight loss (fat loss). Hope you are taking a good high protein low carb diet.
