I am suffering from hypertension since last 10+ years. My age is 41 yrs, BP constantly remain 170/98. Bi sugar F 67, sugar pp 100, s.chol-236, triglycerides-189, HDL-44, LDL-154, VLDL-38, hemoglobin 15.1,TLC-14600, DLC poly-71, lymph-25, eosin-02, mono-02. And ECG normal. Last 3 months I took Muktavati 2 tablet twice a day one hour before meal. Though it didn't control my BP fully but it totally reduced my chest pain& gastric problem. But few days back I realised it's side effects that it's affecting my sexual desire, erection and interest etc. Kindly suggest me some good alternative ayurvedic medicines to control and cure high BP.
