Sir I am suffering from diabetic my sugar levels after food is 220 mg, what exercise I need to do.

You can have brisk walking daily for 1 hour. Also can do yoga surya namaskar and pranayam. Apart from that you should take a proper diet plan. Eat in small quantity at small interval. Should have some healthy food every 3 hourly.
