Hi doctor please suggest I was 3 months pregnant baby heart beat everything was fine in first scan. When I went for second scan. Baby has no heart beat. Doctor suggested to go for abortion. Due to fungal infection it has happened like this. So to plan for next baby how many months should I wait. How to cure this infection please doctors help me am fully depressed this was my first pregnancy and I never had any kind of miscarriage symptoms nor I had even bleeding please help me doctors.
