Dear lybrate-user, - For proper timely sleep follow some measures: - Have a light dinner by 7 or 8 O clock, try to sleep by 10-11 O'clock - avoid sleeping for more than 20-30 min in the day & if you do then sleep by early afternoon - try to keep active throughout the day, only when the mind & body tires that we feel sleepy - avoid tea, coffee, alcohol in the evening - can take a light walk after dinner - avoid watching TV, mobile if you do 2-3 hers before sleep - room should have ambient temperature, no noise & light.
