Hello, I have developed an itching problem in winters. Whenever I do any physical activity, or I am happy or nervous, there is itching all over my skin. I am very disturbed because of it and it's happening since last 3 winter seasons. I am 17 years old. From 2 weeks I am regularly moisturizing my skin by applying oil and it's didn't helped. Please help.

Add a little water to the oatmeal powder to form a thick paste. Apply this mixture on the itchy skin, cover it with a cloth and leave it on for 30 minutes. Wash it off with normal water. Do this daily to prevent skin itchiness. 6. Dry Fruits- Dry fruits such as almond, cashew and raisin retain moisture in the skin and effectively helps in treating extremely dry skin. Hence, make it a point to include them in your diet for quick winter itch relief.
