Hello Lybrate user As you asked about your problems related to your depression frustration I would like to advise you that it happens with everyone unknowingly without any causative factors e.g. Lack of getting excessive load of works, family life style and daily behaviours as well as metabolic imbalances. I would like to advise you to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as yoga and exercise every day. Morning walk and Anulom Vilom pranayam two times daily and meditation for 20 minutes daily. Try to have careful about your daily routines of breakfast and lunch and dinner and go to bed timely up to 10 PM. Take gloss of warm milk boiled with ginger, haldi and ghee with nuts every day before going to bed and at breakfast.
