from one month should be the result of bad posture
and faulty mechanics. Need a detail evaluation and than can correct the exact pain
causing factor. Few advice
1. Maintain. A good posture by doing selective exercises
2. Do McKenzie exercises details will be provided if you get an text consultation. 3. Do lumbar joint extension exercises. Eg. Superman exercise
4. Take hot pack before and after exercises
5. Do all exercises 5 times only once a day and slowly if comfortable go ahead with two times. 6. Place a pillow over your chest lie down for 10 mins. This will relax all your back muscles. 7. Maintain proper back rest while sitting. Regards.
