Hi my b12 level are low can you suggest how can I increase my b12 level. I am a vegetarian but I can eat eggs only.

You can opt to take good amount of milk and milk products, green leafy vegetables, pulses sprouts etc. However, would request you to see your doctor and take a dose of Vitamin B12 as natural sources are very limited.
