Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Dear Lybrate user, I hope there is minor issues at back and can be treated easily. I would suggest showing it to Interventional pain specialist or Orthopaedician with spine fellowship for evaluation and find out the source which could be disc, facet (spine joints), SI joint, paraspinal muscles etc. Once source is found it can be easily treated from conservative management to interventions. Don?t self medicate as pain killer can give you relief but it will not address the disease. Hope this helps.
