Use different type of cereals like jwar, bajra for chapati making. Daliya, khichdi with vegetables. Salad is must. One plate before meals. Avoid sweets, sugar,honey, jaggery. Avoid sweet fruits like banana, mangoes,grapes, cheekoo etc.
