Dear Doctor, I am Hypertensive, and type 2 diabetic, due to my stressed life style I also suffer from Anxiety on Medication, for BP- Olmesartan 40 Mg, for type 2 diabetic Tenglyn M 1/2 + 1/2, for Anxiety and depression Sertraline 50 + 50 mg, recently I went for a health check up and I find High Cholesterol, High Triglycerides, and disturbed lipid profile, I also have elevated Creatinine serum (1.53)and SGPT 62, Vitamin D 21.35, egfr-54 HBA1c 6.9 ABG 151, Please prescribe me medicine for all above ailments Thanks in advance.
