I have irregular periods still starting. It's always been 5-6 months late. Now it's been 8 months and I didn't get the period. Recently I diagnosed with pcod and fatty liver grade 1 and gastro intestinal problem. I too have constipation problem. I always feel my stomach full. Even my diet is so less that if I take 1 chapati at a time, it makes me very full. Always having gas problem. My stomach is not emptying fully. What's the reason for all this? Please help me out.
