Actually I am having headache, sneezing and cough from 2 weeks but there is no sign of fever what does it indicate?

Hi , given your age, you seem to be a student. Often, most of the symptoms as you describe are owing to mental stress and strain. It may as well be owing to active sinus problems. Nevertheless, I would advise you to not self medicate yourself with paracetamol, diclofenac et al unless otherwise advised by a physician.
