Hello sir, I go to the gym daily and my trainer as suggested to take dry fruits daily for a proper diet and I am taking 2 prune 1 dates 1 anjeer 1 apricot 3 cashew nuts 10 dry grapes 10 pistachios 8 almonds 2 walnuts Daily early morning in empty stomach and my question is does taking more sweet dry fruits like dates, anjeer, prunes, apricots daily cause blood sugar or diabetes. please suggest me. And I am 20 years old.
