Hello sir. I want to tell that I started masturbation when I was 12 and now I am 21. So due to excessive masturbation. Here are my problems:-Premature ejaculation. Just in a minute, Sometimes night fall, Lower body weakness Joint and bone weakness, Incomplete beard less manhood ,Nervousness ,Less confidence ,Very less mobility, flexibility and strength ,No stability in gym or while doing any exercise, Body feels heavy, Guilty that why I did masturbate, Guilt that I destroyed my young age that I can never see real me now, Tired feet and bones, Not so active and agile as before, Dull face and hair, Belly fat, Joints and bones popping, Weak knees and feet Can't go more up and down on my feet or kneesSir is this due to loss of semens. If yes then can it be fully completed. And can I cure body and all these problem and live my life as strong fast as should have been. Can I feel younger. Can this problem end forever. I can't even tell you that how much I am struggling. I am sports person. I work very hard then others but due to these problems. I can't beat them. And even I have to struggle more then them physically still I can't get that please help sir. Please give a permanent solution. Otherwise my life will waste and my dreams and future will break.
