I am walking 6 km a day. I take light breakfast with tea. I avoid lunch. I take 2 glass of buttermilk. At 3.30 I take lights nasta. With tea. At dinner only two roti. With sabji. Two more tea in a day. One time a week I break this sidual. That time I go to out side food but I control it with two roti and one small bowl of rise. All above I control my food but can't control my weight please give me diet chart. And yes I do light exercise after 6 km morning walk for half an hour. Give best diet chart and advise to control my weight.
