I am 52 years old. Height 166 cm, weight 70 kg. My lipid profile: Cholesterol 195 mg/dl, Triglyceride serum 114, HDL Cholesterol 47, LDL Cholesterol 137.4, VLDL 11.0. Sugar normal. I would like to know whether I have to start any medicine owing to the above lab report.
