I am 110 kg and my height is 5'8" I am walking around 90 min a day at an avg speed of 5 km per hour. Not taking tea with sugar. What else should be done to reduce the weight to permissible limit?

Have proper balanced diet. Do not skip any meal. Have 6 small meals rather than 3 large meals. Limit the consumption of oil along with the sugar. Eat Fruits, vegetables, oats, muesli, Multigrain chapati, low fat milk and milk products, egg whites, lean meat if non vegetarian.
