My blood sugar was 190 and BP was 160/90 before 9th october. I was taking medicine GlycometGP1& ramistar 2.5 mg.After 9th October new medicine like Reclide40 mg, under5 mg,Eslo2. 5 mg&Moxovas. 2 mg.My present test reports sugar 303 fasting 505 pp. I would like to know if new medicines of Diabetes and hypertension have increased sugar level. While my creatine is 2.74 which was same as before 9th october. HbAC was 8.6% on 9th october. Pl advice.

As you are suffering from high blood sugar with high BP along with increased creatinine it is better to start with rapid insulin both every breakfast, lunch, dinner and at bed time lantus can be taken according to your blood sugar levels, after getting near normal sugar levels with creatinine levels then you can take tablet with minimal dose of insulin. This line of management will improve your overall general condition. Do not forget to follow timely food intake with reduced salt and oil along with proper physical activity. You should check blood sugars with glucometer before breakfast, lunch and dinner accordingly insulin dose to be planned, whenever you get low sugar that to be corrected with some snacks like, Marie lite biscuits and other easily digestible food, next dose of insulin should be reduced one or 2 units of insulin. I think this management will give good improvement. All the best.
