I have a saviour back pain and leg pain. My MRI report shows that Mild scoliosis of lumber spine to the right. Subtle anterior displacement of L5 vertebra over S1. Schmorls nodes at D10 to L5 vertebra. Posterocentral disc bulges at D11-D12 D12-L1 L2-L3-L4-L5 levels compressing the thecal sac. Right paramedian subligmentous disc protrusion is made out at L5-S1 causing mild thecal sac right S1 traversing nerve root compression with right lateral recess relative inferior neural foramina spinal canal compromise. The protruded disc showing a cranial migration. Grade I anterior spondylolisthesis of L5 noted over S1. L2 - L3 disc space is mildly reduced. Mild degenerative changes noted. My doctor was suggested me that go for surgery. Please give me your valuable suggestions.

I will suggest try to get relife by medicine .surgery may or may not give you good results so this should be your last option .avoide bad posture ,Do not lift heavy objects, do not bend much. Do few physiotherapy for pain. Magnate therapy also helps alot. Improve you life style. Take homoeopathy medicine as they give relive from pain in long run. .surgery
