Dear lybrateuser, - To get over depression you have to have a positive thinking & attitude & always believe in yourself & your capabilities - set a proper routine for the day, sleep & try to get up on time, have a glass of water, do some exercise like yoga & meditation to relax your mind & body, also can go for a walk among nature, have proper breakfast & other meals on time, concentrate on your job or studies, play a group game, interact with your friends & family, socialise, follow a hobby - eat more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains , protein foods, have dark chocolate, green leafy veg, avocados, berries, mushrooms.
