Dear Lybrate user it's completely fine that you are not that much expressive about your feelings. We all are different. Everyone have their own strengths & weaknesses. Don't worry or feel so small and depressive. Try accepting yourself first. Analyse your own potentials. Assess your likes, dislikes, healthy habits and also areas of improvement. Then try to think why you lack behind. Are there certain factors that pull you back? Wat factors or skills can improve this weakness. These evaluation will help you to find a solution and then you can work on improving those things. Using word like depression is a huge term. One can't just diagnose like that.
